Nokia E71 Rules
Posted by Janne Saarikko on September 11, 2008
Ok. I have to admit that I’ve been using Nokia phones most of my life. Started with some Motorolas and Ericssons, but then got stuck with Nokia. Still, I’ve never felt like I have a phone that fullfills my needs and wants.
Nokia was kind enough to let me play with Nokia E71 for a few days. I’ve always thought that it’s qwerty-keyboard is not good enough after trying out the E61.
But it’s different. The E71 keys are kind of sharp and pointy, which makes it easier to punch them more accurately. That’s something I really like.
It of course has all the communication gadgets in it, but what is amazing and surprising that the device is really connected. After recording a piece of video, it will be uploading to Ovi within seconds. And ready to be viewed by the world (ie. your network) within minutes.
I really gotta explore this more, so see you later.
(Heading to the Nokia OpenLab 08 pre-event party).
